Sparta Schools COVID-19 Dashboard

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, while maintaining staff and student confidentiality, Sparta Schools will utilize this dashboard to provide the public with COVID information for our District. The dashboard will be updated weekly.

The Sparta School District's number one priority is the safety of our students and staff.   Our district continues to prepare for the implications of positive cases and the subsequent quarantines that contract tracing dictates. The district could be required to have an entire class, or even grade level move to a brief (1-2 week) fully virtual setting as a result of a student positive, and/or multiple students/staff members being required to quarantine. The limited number of substitute employees available could also be a factor in this process. These decisions would not be made lightly and would be made in consultation with the Christian County Health Department. We plan to continue seated learning as long as feasible.
